I have been taking Arthrogenix for about 10 weeks with no results. I cannot get them to answer phone or return emails regarding a full refund which was part of the agreement An update to my experience with Arthrogenix: Joseph contacted me after seeing my review and quickly resolved my issue with a prompt refund and information on other things to try to alleviate my joint pain

I spent $189 for10 bottles. Unfortunately my ulcerative colitis flared so I could not take it anymore. I returned all bottles in less than a month with only 2 bottles opened but both still had pills left. They refunded me $120 from a different company called Alpha Probiotics. I had been speaking with them through email and no response of why I was not fully refunded. They still asked why I was returning. So much for their no questions asked 90 day refund. DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE CROHNS OR ULCERATIVE COLITIS.
