Thank you Jon. Yes, buying multiple containers saves you money because our shipping cost is the same for 1 container or 5 containers. We simply discount you with promo codes. Why pay the post office or UPS if we can save you money? On top of that most people aren't aware that you can get interest-free payments from PayPal right on our check-out page.

Thank you Lenny for your review. Customer service is the foundation of our success. I'm confident that you will love the product. Great reviews help us to keep our prices as low as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS, or UPS, and on rare occasions, they mishandle our orders even though every package is marled with a red FRAGILE sticker.

Here is a researched reply. You can return the container for a full refund if you request but you haven't requested it. There is no direct evidence to suggest that L-arginine causes eye floaters. Eye floaters are commonly caused by age-related changes in the vitreous humor of the eye, which is the gel-like substance that fills the eyeball. If you are experiencing eye floaters or have concerns about their cause, it's crucial to consult with an ophthalmologist or other qualified healthcare professional. They can properly diagnose the cause of your floaters and recommend appropriate management or treatment if necessary. L-arginine is rarely tried as a treatment for eye floaters, and this information should not replace medical advice. Hello Michael we just emailed you return instructions and address, Our medical staff may contact you for more information as we have never had this issue since 2011.

Hi Lee, Thank you for taking the time to let us know you did not like the flavor. The flavor you ordered is not my favorite either. If you would like to sample the other 2 flavors please email us at [email protected]. Hopefully, we can make you a happy customer with a different flavor and up the 3 stars to 5:). Also some of our customers mix it with juice instead of just water. Some, including my wife, add a capful (not a lot just a cap full) of organic apple cider vinegar. If you do that do not add the vinegar until you have added the liquid first. Email me and I will send you samples no charge, of course. Hello Lee, samples have been sent please let us know if any of the other flavors are satisfactory. Thank you
