Hi John, We are very surprised by this feedback as we have no record of any order or complaint under your name, and we haven't heard back yet following our request for more information to help resolve this. As a small 2-guy company, we take quality very seriously. We use professional 300 DPI files and high-end materials to ensure the best results. Most importantly, our customer service is human and friendly: if a customer isn't 100% satisfied, we always offer a reprint at no extra cost or a fair solution to make it right. We invite you to contact us directly so we can understand what happened and assist you properly. We are always here to help our customers.
