The requested service initially was more difficult than anticipated originally. However, the service person took it upon himself to go above and beyond to make the result perfect.

I have used ARS services for many years. I understand that HVSC services are overwhelmed during Texas summers. However, from the date the problem was identified by a very capable technician (5stars) it took 10 days to complete the job. The technicians that installed the unit were excellent (5stars). Between the original and the last appt, there seemed to be a lack of attention to the project. Twice I called and was told there was no record of the necessary part having been ordered - this was very frustrating when the temperatures were in the 95-100 range everyday. I had paid for the project at the first appointment. Had I not called several times, would it have gotten fixed?

Benito Garza among others were amazing. They were well qualified.

The air conditioning upstairs was not working. I called ARS and told them. They sent a gentleman out the next morning. He checked both systems and said they both needed to be replaced because of a short. At first he said it could take a week to get both. After checking with the office, he was able to have both delivered the next day. He installed both that day and said both are under warranty for 10 years. I was extremely happy how it turned out.

Brothers has been great over the 20 plus years we’ve used them for our HVAC system as well as home filtration system and the tankless water tank . Joshua was very knowledgeable yesterday about my maintenance appointment

I had no service from ARS on August 14, 2026. The last service was June 10,, 2026 and was repair on a compressor, bad capacitor. Someone else may have used our name. We are long term customers, probaly over 35 years
