Ars came out three times to repair my A/C unit and replaced one part on the second time and on the third time said it was wrong part and that I needed a dryer filter instead . I was then that a manager would call me it didn't happen. After a couple of day I didn't hear from you'll and I had someone to look at it and was determined that it was not the filter dryer.

This is the 2nd review and I have called multiple time. No one has came back to fix the shelving that was taken apart and to replace the trim to our attic that was taken down. Someone came out to look a few days ago, told me they would be here Saturday (yesterday) to fix and never showed up. Not even a call to say they weren’t coming. I wasted my entire day waiting for nothing. At this point I’m asking myself why I gave you all my business if my house was going to be left in the state that it’s in. A phone call saying they couldn’t make it would have been acceptable.

The technicians worked all day repairing my sewer drain pipe in two different spots in the yard. Everything is working as it should again.
