Good company but over priced and GC/MS reports need to be downloadable
While I do like Aromatics and currently use many of their oils, I feel they are over priced and are much higher than other reputable essential oil companies. I do feel they offer a good product, however I don't think they are superior over other companies whom offer the same types of products. I decided to discontinue buying the majority of my oils from them due to price and their GC/MS reports are not downloadable. Having the GC/MS document saved in preferred over going to the website every time I want to look at the report. I've also found they do not keep all GC/MS reports available on their website. I tried reviewing a few reports recently and they were no longer available. Their website is very nice, their Customer Service is great and they do offer a lot of good information. It is only my option, but I do feel there is opportunity for improvement.
