I have notified every U.S. legal authority available about the fraudulent nature of this company. They are an internet scam, period. Eleven customer service requests to cancel my order are responded by an autobot. I have notified my credit company (Amazon Chase) and they confirm that they have received many complaints about this company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY AT ALL I am not a person who completes reviews. But due to my experience with Aroma360 I think my opinion should be said. I saw the ad for a diffuser in August 2022. I researched the different diffusers that Aroma360 offered and decided to go with the DaVinci360. The cost of the machine was over $400, so I wanted to make sure that it was what I was looking for. I ordered the machine on August 25, 2002, and was notified that it shipped on August 28, 2022, and the machine was delivered via UPS on September 1, 2022. It took me a couple of days to figure out how to program the machine, but I finally got everything set up correctly and it worked perfectly for two weeks. I loved waking up to the awesome scent and people came into my home commenting on how nice the scent was. My home is a single level, roughly 1,500 sq ft. so per the specifications of the machine, it should have no problem scenting my whole home. Around the 16th day, the machine was a bit louder (the fan) the when it first operated. Also, the scent did not seem to be disbursing the same. I could only smell the scent within 5 feet of the machine. Customer Service is non-existent for this company. No phone number at all, and the chat option does not have a person answering questions. I decided to schedule an appointment, the next appointment available was three days out. I waited with no response. I emailed customer service and a person did call me back 2 days later. He had me look at the settings, he had me increase the intensity of the disbursed scent, and said to try that for 3 days. Nothing changed. I scheduled another appointment through the site (2 days out) with no return call or email. I sent an email to customer service with no response. On 09-27 I decided to return the machine, but the system said I was one day past the return date, which makes no sense. Now I am still unable to contact anyone and am stuck with the machine that does not work. I work hard for my money and am appalled when a company does not honor their products. My next complaint is going to be to better business bureau.

I purchased this unit plus oils. Customer service is a complete joke. I have an email stating I would receive a refund. They received my return on July 25 and still waiting for the return to be received. NO ONE has returned any of my emails asking where my return price is. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are scammers !’

Terrible customer service. They send me products w/ the fragrance and charges me at full price. I order a separate fragrance insert, and they send me the wrong one. I call them back to get a RA and they just won't send it to me. And if I don't have the RA, I don't get a refund of course. Trying to get a hold of someone is at least a 20-30 min wait hold.

Do not purchase anything from Aroma360 If you manage to get through - the minimum 45 minute hold time - their customer service is non existent. I have been trying to return the Van Gogh for over a month. When Kat (apparently, the *only* person who can help me return the item) eventually called my back, she did not leave a call back number and the number she called from was unavailable. When I spoke to the customer service rep named Kelly, she assured me she would "write my info on a sticky note to make sure my issue was handled". I never heard back from Kelly or Kat. I called - again - and the representative said Kat was on the phone and assured me (again) that she will call back when she gets off the phone. It's been over 24 hours and still no call back. I've sent 3 emails to customer service without a response. On Sunday, $129.20 was deducted from my account for the monthly withdrawal - again, I was assured this would not happen because my account has been canceled. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau because this company is a sham.

Save your money. They have a website that makes them look reputable and High end but their customer service is terrible and so far, their unit does not work. They sent me a unit and it was missing an essential piece of equipment. I contacted them several times to let them know and they never got back to me. Finally they got back to me and said they would overnight the additional piece of equipment and it took two weeks to get it. I’ve had to utilize two people to help install the unit and it still does not work. I’ve called several times to troubleshoot the unit and nobody calls me back. In the meantime I receive several notifications that my account is due - even after I pay it. I’m looking into canceling my account and finding another reliable company that sells scenting units. This is all hype.

Terrible customer service!!! I had two units making a terrible noise.. sent them back in, after HALF a year they said they mailed them back, however, they didnt ask for a signature... I NEVER GOT THE UNITS BACK, and after MANY attempts so contact them they ignore me. BUYER BEWARE

I never received my order. The company takes your money and doesn't deliver the product. DO NOT ORDER
