I travel loads so this has been at the back of my mind for ages. Spoke to Ingrid who was lovely, really helpful and just made the whole thing easy from start to finish. Couple of months later and the doors are already in. Proper happy with them, especially with how things are these days.

Wow Inquired about a few designs some…
Wow Inquired about a few designs some custom.... possibly. Started June 20th still no quote 3 sales people later still nothing. Incompetence is not a quality you want coming from an armored door company. Getting responses to your emails takes days you have to continually contact them & everytime they have no idea what you already told them even though you sent pictures. I am getting quotes for the wrong door. So unprofessional. It is like being put in a maze & you are the rat & finding the cheese is impossible. Every quote is wrong then after telling them what you want. Then they offer it as extras. Scammy. There are armored door companies more reliable who care about thier customers. Fortified Estates is who I ended up working with it was a clean smooth transition ding ding a real quote.

Thank you for your feedback. We normally avoid discussing detailed customer correspondence publicly, but several factual statements in this review require clarification.
Your inquiry began on June 22. During the consultation process, several different configurations were discussed, including a highly customized decorative glass design, a standard door without glass, the later addition of a glass sidelight, high-gloss finishes and various hardware options. Each change naturally affected the specification and price.
Contrary to the statement that three salespeople later there was “still no quote” and “still nothing,” multiple proposals and prices were provided. On July 27, you received a quotation of $10,451 including shipping and taxes. On August 9, you responded, “Looks good… I am ready to order.” On August 10, after adding a glass sidelight and additional finish options, you were issued a formal quotation for $19,224 together with a $4,806 deposit invoice, and you requested a payment link.
Regarding the suggestion that requested items were subsequently treated as extras, your own August 10 correspondence introduced the sidelight with the statement, “I will need a sidelite with glass. I am not sure if I mentioned this.” Further finish and hardware options were then discussed and priced accordingly.
No deposit was ever paid and therefore no order entered production.
We respect every prospective customer’s right to share their experience, including negative feedback. However, we strongly disagree with the characterization of our company as “scammy” and with the factual assertion that no quotation was provided. The dates, quotations and correspondence above accurately reflect the documented history of this inquiry.

We had an excellent experience with this security company from start to finish. They installed our security doors quickly and professionally, and the whole process was so smooth. What really stood out was how kind, helpful, and responsive the team was throughout — they went above and beyond to help us out and made sure everything was exactly right.
The installation was done efficiently without cutting corners, and the quality of the doors is fantastic. It’s rare to come across a company that combines such high-quality workmanship with genuinely great customer service.
