Mildly bad
Incredibly terrible, the server didn't have any power, along side the fact that the customer support is terrible (Took 2 full days to get a response from someone who could refund me). I requested a refund which they agreed to but never arrived in my bank account, then they decide to charge me for my refunded server again, get the hell outa here I feel obligated to slightly increase my review rating as I have received my refund in full and luckily was never charged. I still won't give it a high review as I still find it ridiculous that I can't play modded antistasi with 4-5 players on a basic server, which providers like host havoc do allow, given this is slightly more expensive but well worth the slight increase in cost, allowing us to run large modded and custom antistasi and liberation missions while also providing on site customer service, not reliant on discord (Although this is more of a personal gripe).

Mark ordered his server October 3rd. He purchased a squad server in hopes to play Antistasi with friends. Out of the gate this is not enough performance for that game mode, he upgraded to platoon without a headless which isn't good enough still. He canceled his server the same day that he upgraded his service on October 6th. The cancellation was processed immediately and the refund was flagged for review and took 2 days before it was approved. The customer was not billed again. But an invoice that was automatically generated by the system was deleted 2 minutes after it was created. For anyone looking for service, please talk with our team first before buying a server. Each game mode has unique performance requirements. If you want to be successful out the gate our team will make sure you buy the right server. We are happy to provide upgrade/downgrades until you find what works best for you. We understand that not everyone has the patience or will to listen or learn and for those we are happy to refund within the first couple of days of service. But we can promise that each customer will receive one-on-one assistance to the level of their ability. Mark's experience does not reflect the experience of those that open tickets and engage with our support staff. We are sorry that you found out the hard way that the price you paid wasn't enough power for the service you needed.
