I'm retired, I spend plenty of time playing games on Arkadium. I really like their wordle-equivalent Hurdle. I also like the scrabble game and a few others. Occasionally, I've had problems with the site and their customer support has been very helpful and responsive. It is inexpensive to subscribe for no ads and well worth it.

As a Wordle addict, I was thrilled to find the Hurdle game brought to you by Arkadium. Recently though I was having a problem accessing the game through their website. I sent a message to the developer, totally expecting to be ignored which has been my experience with other developers. However I received a fantastic and quick response and by discussing what I was experiencing and what I was doing, they gave me a quick fix and then followed up a day or two later saying that they had made changes that fixed the original problem. Great customer service does exist!

I was stuck on a very hard level for the longest time. I already used up all my boosts so I couldn't do anything to help me pass it. When I reached out to the team they responded right away. They suggested I watch some ads to earn coins. The problem was I did not have the ad icon. I sent them some screenshots and they did something to help me pass the level. They will continue to look into why I'm missing the icon for ads.

Arkadium staff always act fast to help with any difficulties I've had with the site. Greatly appreciate how kind, polite and helpful they have been. Olga was the latest person to assist. I was surprised with the level of support I got from Arkadium when I reached out for help. They quickly replied to me and even sent me another email when I hadn't responded in a few days. Despite my obvious lack of tech skills, the person/people helping me were very patient and ultimately got me the answer I was looking for.
