Avoid this company if you expect actual shipment. I placed order AR-10714 on October 4th and paid via cryptocurrency. Ares Research advertises fast or same-day shipping, but my order has been completely stagnant. A USPS tracking label (9300120845500087728793) was generated immediately, but it has been stuck in "Pre-Transit" for over two weeks because they have never actually handed the package over to the carrier. When I reached out to customer support, I was hit with an automated AI reply claiming a "Last Scan" on October 20th, yet the tracking history clearly shows USPS is still entirely awaiting the package. Printing labels to fake a shipment status while sitting on crypto funds is completely deceptive. I am demanding that a human manager manually look at this order, provide a real shipping update, or issue a manual crypto refund to my wallet immediately.

My experience with Ares Research Lab has been extremely frustrating. After paying for my order, I received an email on October 7 stating that my package had been packed and shipped and was awaiting pickup by USPS. As of October 19, the tracking still shows no movement. I've called countless times, sent numerous texts and support inquiries, and emailed the owner multiple times using different company email addresses, with virtually no response. The owner finally responded last Thursday 10/15, apologized, and personally promised to ensure the package shipped within the next two business days. It is now Monday 10/19, the tracking still hasn't moved and still unable to get a respose, despite numerous attempts of calling, leaving voicemails and sending emails to get an update. The lack of communication and failure to follow through on a direct promise are unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a company just to find out whether their paid order has actually been handed over to the carrier. Based on my experience, I would caution prospective customers to consider the shipping delays and difficulty reaching customer support before placing an order. I hope Ares resolves this, but as of October 19, my issue remains unresolved.

Order AR-10710: I placed an order, and 2 weeks later, I have not received a shipping update. "USPS awaiting item". I have emailed them, called them, texted them, messaged them on WhatsApp, and have received no reply. I will definitely make sure every forum, every Reddit community & every Facebook community know that this is a scam!

This company sucks. Takes your money and doesn’t send you anythjng. Do not waste your money with them.

Order AR-10523 Same scenario as a handful of others leaving reviews! Immediately get tracking for a shipping label that hasn’t moved in a week and also reached out to every email they list on the site with no response, they don’t answer phone calls. Highly unimpressed! Not a small order by any means either. Hey Founder let’s see what you have to say about this one!

11 days, email confirmation that Ares gave the package to DHL, DHL told me they never received anything other than the electronic label. And no other updates since then. Emailed them 2 times and never got answered. Personally I won't buy from them again nor recommend them. I would stay away from them if anyone reading this. Order: AR-10445

3 weeks later and the tracking email still says the item has not been taken to the USPS. My best guess with all the new hype in peptides is that they are either too short handed or this is not a real business. Hopefully I can get my money back. Order# AR-10284
