I had a conference call scheduled with Patrick Neely at 2:30 CST. At 2:50 I finally called his number and got a voice mail message. I let them know I am too busy for this level of non service. Don't waste your time, there are other lenders who actually care.

Sending me an invitation stating that I am pre-approved for refinancing was simply not true. My loan application was declined.

I contacted Arc Home one week ago and my loan has already closed, now that is fast service. Everyone involved was very nice and friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home loan. I am very satisfied with my 2.3% rate I received, which is 2 points lower than the loan they replaced. I am saving around $200.00 per month. What else can I say But Call them if you need a loan. HVM

The worst, this mortgage company should go out of business. I lost my home because of them.. what I waste of time. I lost 4K from the 10k that was sent to escrow initially, because the seller had to wait 2 months., she was angry to say the least( rightfully so) plus HOA, INSPECTION,APPRAISAL all these money lost because of ARC home. They’ll approve your loan and change the interest rate to something else than the one you signed the approval letter with… and if you deny signing ANOTHER approval letter then they just cancel everything.. which is what they did to me. I now have to find a place to rent after waiting over 2 months. Ridiculous!!!! Is there a way to give 0 star?!
