I just got my flag yesterday, and it is beautiful. It took a while to get to me, but it was worth the wait.

I ordered two 3X5 US flags, certified made in America. After a week I tracked the package sitting in Swedish customs. I questioned support why US flags would be moving around Sweden. I was given a new “correct”tracking # which showed the flags in China customs. After my complaint the flags quickly moved to the US and were delivered almost a month since ordered. I did not see made in China labels but 2+2 =4. Seriously, made in the USA? I don’t believe it.

Ordered my flag June 13th, it’s now July 29th and still haven’t received it!?

Relatively quick shipping. Quality looks good.

I bought the flag and it looks well made. The product comes from over Seas and took a long time for delivery.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I still have not received my flag.. Shame on me for not looking into this company further before ordering. It is overseas, but makes the ad look like it's a US OWNED OPERATED COMPANY. IT IS NOT IT IS IN ITALY. They further charged me $11 in Taxes that was not on the original PayPal Invoice. They continue to send me notifications of tracking, it never changes, It's still in Italy and I am in Alabama. Buyer beware!!!!! I might still get it, but this is a scary feeling.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a hat that was delivered damaged. I asked for a return and was offered $2 compensation. Demanded full refund of $22.38 and was refunded $4 for shipping only. Very poor quality and terrible service!

This company is a scam. 3 months after ordering, the socks came from some 3rd party shipper. You order a knitted sock, you get a screen printed piece of junk. I didn't get my complete order and they said to check again as their warehouse confirmed the order was complete. Companies like this need to be shut down.
