Arcadia MonumentsReviews of arcadiamonuments.com

Lara was nothing short but amazing. During such a difficult time for my family and me, she was so helpful in assisting us to choose the best, most perfect monument for my grandfather. Would highly recommend it!!!

My family and I had originally contracted with our funeral home here to complete a dual marker for our parents. Needless to say, that turned into the biggest fiasco of all time. We couldn't get anywhere with them and our design. It seemed that we couldn't use any artwork since it wasn't basic clip art. I was so happy when I called Arcadia Monuments and spoke to Lara. She provided suggestions and explained the next steps. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable options with great customer service.

Lara was absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for the way she treated me and my family. This has been such an emotional time for us and we really needed someone like Lara. We ordered a very nice monument for my Mom and Dad.

We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. We had something specific in mind, and the company told us they couldn't do what we wanted. I started researching online and found Arcadia Monuments. Lara was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. She explained their process and how she coordinates everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation. The customer service was outstanding and friendly, and the price was completely reasonable!
