Very disappointed with beer batttered fish sandwich.used coupon and arbys didn't apply it to final Price.went back they said they would debit credit card back 3 dollars back.checked bank account and they charged me 13 dollars more. Very disappointed.

Just went through the drive-thru and the worker didn’t even speak to me and apparently it was going to take a while for my food to get ready so he didn’t bother to tell me that or tell me how long or anything. He just pointed his finger in a rude manner for me to pull up and wait for my food so I did. I sat there for approx 5 minutes waiting for a chicken salad sandwich and fries. The fries were hot but tasted like they were cooked in old grease. This was a very disappointing lunch. I really think the people working the window should have people skills. Not grunt and point like an archaeic cave man.

This store always gets the order wrong. Can't call the store at all the phone number on the receipt goes to voicemail. Understood about waiting in drive thru for over 45 minutes but having to go back in line because they messed up the order for another 45 minutes is unexceptable. This store is located in Dale City VA .

Very disappointed. Just went to the drive thru. Ordered two sandwiches. They got 1 right. I ordered a fish and a chicken bacon swiss. No chicken sandwich. Got some sort of roast beef sandwich instead. Both of the ones I recd were awful. I won't be back anytime soon. Fish looked burnt on the outside, inside it looked raw.

7.31.2020..columbus indiana.#00730..Bad! fish...good clasic roastbeef... moral ... dont by fish in a beef store. highly processed fish payed $6 for a fair sized, processed square... over cooked, chewy, tasteless... If I could do over I would go 6 blocks down the street to the fish house for the sandwich.

On July 23 at the Arby's on Butler Rd in Mauldin. SC I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich only had a teaspoon on chicken, there were no grapes or pecans. You may like some of their other menu items but leave the chicken salad there.

On Monday, July 6, 2020, while on my way home from my Cardiac Specialist appt., I ordered and paid for FOUR pecan chicken salad sandwiches at Arby's W. Ridge Rd. location in Rochester, NY. When my daughter dropped me off, she handed me two of the four sandwiches and discovered that there was only ONE sandwich left in the bag. She drove BACK to Arby's and was given the missing sandwich. (Zippety Doodahhh) Meanwhile I unwrapped one of the two sandwiches that I had and discovered that it was almost entirely LETTUCE... w/possibly 1 1/2 teaspoons of the chicken salad filling. I was DEFINITELY CHEATED OF $6 WHEN I PAID FOR THAT SANDWICH. TEN hours later, I unwrapped and ate the other sandwich. It was excellent... full of chicken salad... JUST AS THE FIRST WAS WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN. Arby's quality control SUCKS.

We visit the Arby's in Lenoir City, TN a lot. The last 6 times we have gone they have always forgot something or made the item(s) wrong. The last time I called to complain I was spoken to very rudely by someone who called themselves a Manager, stating that he personally made the gyro but yet did not get the extra meat in which I have paid for. This place use to be a very good place to go but with the rude service lately and the constant screw ups on our food I will not be going back to this place, considering the cost of the food they should not be messing up ALL THE TIME. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER
