I ordered Arby's new steak bites and they are the most rancid and disgusting thing I've ever tasted. I can't believe they would put something so horrible on the menu. I tried reaching out to the customer service online department and filled out the form twice and each time the site went down. I guess they don't want to hear putrid their food tastes

I ordered a double roast beef with Swiss and as always Arby's does roast beef well but my father ordered a steak n Mac bowl and couldn't even finish. The steak bites are passable but nothing to write home about. The macaroni is about half cooked and the cheese sauce has a mealy texture. These steak bowls are $10.00 and it's a waste of money. It's not worth $2.00.

At Lowville Arbys, Noah has exceptional customer service. He was running drive thru. He even offered extra cheese for my xl curly fries. He was polite, informative and friendly. We thanked him and he responded with "HAPPY to help!" Thanks Noah. We will be back. Food was fresh and served in a timely fashion. Kelanie and Meghan were also working with their contagious smiles on.

The service was quick and friendly. When I got home and started eating the Arby's regular sandwich with the Arby's sauce, I found the sauce has been changed, the sandwich was salty and the bread taste like its stored in a cabinet with bananas. Much different than the Arby's I'm use to.

I was disappointed with my cheese steak sandwich. Half of it was mostly onions and the other half was onions and pieces of steak. I guess I thought the steak was going to be sliced but it was small pieces.09

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid 13$ for turkey bacon ranch sandwhich. I liked the marbled bread. i opened the sandwhich which was quite stacked with 2" of lettuce... one slice and half tomato. One slice of bacon broken and spread over the surface, two slices of processed turkey slices and one kraft cheese slice. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Also bought two French Dip ’n Swiss sandwhiches... meat in a hot dog bun. Total bill was $49.00. GO TO FIREHOUSE!!!!!! Never again.... (Okotoks, Alberta location)
