Day my fish were supposed to ship, 1hr before, they tell me they don't have the fish to fulfill my order. We settle on a replacement, which cost less than the initial 9 I ordered. Never see a refund for the surplus I paid. Horrible Horrible Horrible

I wanted some Kordon Breather Bags to ship fish. Kordon here in California, didn't respond to my request for ordering. They are either too busy or out of business. I found Aquatic Arts and ordered 10 from them. By the time them arrived in a small USPS bag with $8 shipping and 8.99 for the bags, they cost $1.70 per bag. What a Rip Off... Kordon and Aquatic Arts need to do better. I will ship fish with O2, in double bags before I deal with either company again!

Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. They charge 50$+ on shipping that's supposed to take max 9days & you end up not getting your order til a month or later. You can order from a different company while waiting and youll get that order long before this company & they charge 5x on shipping as any other company so save yourself a TON of hassle & order through ANYbody else because they charge you 15% if you want to cancel your order because it's been a month and you STILL haven't received your order, which is absolutely ridiculous to me. Hope this helps save someone else the trouble of going through this. Oh I must add this wasn't just a one time thing either BOTH times I've ordered through this company same issue, never again!

My fish came in perfectly healthy!!

Almost all of the fish came dead. Will charge again to reship, Never will I use them again. For Anything !

1. Bought $1.99 snail with $28 shipping. 2. It was delivered to the wrong address. 3. I wrote a lot of bad reviews. 4. It finally got delivered to me. 5. I asked about it having a chip in the shell and it not moving. 6. They said I had to remove the bad reviews before they would help me.

I ordered cardinal tetras and they all arrived nicely packed and healthy. They came in a box lined with Styrofoam with a heat pack wrapped around the bag. The 9 fish I ordered acclimated to my tank quickly and are doing well. I like that the fish are only shipped when the weather is warm enough & when they can be delivered next day, which is clearly stated when ordering. My fish shipped out on a Tuesday and arrived Wednesday morning. Overall I'm happy and I would buy again.

Bought 2 vampire crabs. One arrived dead the other arrived healthy. After submitting their DOA report and adding a few pictures the next day a very helpful and friendly member of staff replied back to me and offered me store credit or a full refund for the price of the DOA crab(no refund for shipping available). I chose the store credit and will be buying another crab hopeful it arrives like the healthy one I already recieved.(Shipping was fast and constantly up to date)
