Cooperation goes wrong after three years.
I have been working with Acuity for some years now. In the beginning all went well. Unfortunately with our latest Wordpress plugin development, it became more difficult to work together. Now we have a finished plugin with bugs in it. Ok, we had some minor issues during initual development on our side, but they are already solved. Now, they argue they have spent enough time on developing the plugin. What I understand about this is that they miscalculated the time they needed for developing the plugin. So now, we are left behind with no response from Sajid anymore and if there is response it is very slow. The bugs are not our mistake, the plugin is just on some points bad coded. I'm very sorry to write a review like this, but I hope we can work this out. I've asked a final time through e-mail and Whatsapp to fix the bugs, but they refuse to respond.

Thank you for the review. We always respect and understand the concerns any of our clients have regarding our services or delivery. Unfortunately, with over a period of 3 years. Client didn't responded when we required feedback from him. Either he is on vacations or his client is busy in responding. We made countless revisions and updated on all communication mediums. Client failed to provide cooperation, on-time response from his client. In between that period the platform on which his product was based changed their API's multiple times. Client didn't even gave a thought on the fact that after delivery there is a standard support period; After which every product/delivery goes into a support agreement. He wished to continue for years on his terms. Which as a professional company is not possible for us. We wish him all the best for his future and request to update his working ethics as per market standards. Everyone will then happily work for years with solid productivity. Regards,
