APVI is very accommodating, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service

I was exceptionally pleased with the services provided by APVI. I needed to renew my passport while I was home in the US for a brief window of time. APVI patiently answered all my questions before, during and after submitting my documents and completing the application. The customer service is fantastic--prompt, helpful, and pleasure to work with. My documents and passport were processed, issued and delivered as promised. I would absolutely use APVI in the future and recommend to friend.

I was extremely grateful to AVPI for their help in expediting the renewal of my passport before an upcoming trip. The process went smoothly and I knew the status of my documents at every step. I hope to plan better in the future and not require their services, but for anyone else in an urgent situation to get a new/renewed passport, I highly recommend them!

Timely and first-rate service. You actually get knowledgable people on the phone who talk you every step of the process - and they deliver on their word!

Extremely helpful with the entire process. Support was very detailed with directions, items needed, how to obtain certain items and directing you to the best option for the time frame that the passport was needed in.

They were highly professional and very quick on a turn around on our Saudi Visas. This is the second time our family has used them and we will again for sure!
