Scammed - Would never recommend
We are a non profit group that was looking for an alternative to paper cards. We were sold a card printer and software with technology from 2008. Was told upfront that it could do everything we wanted for it to but wasn't told that I would be stuck with a bill for set up after the fact since the systems and tech are so old our IT wouldn't even touch them. Of course the sales person was very nice but also deceiving. The support person didn't have the time of day for us and doesn't offer support over the phone. This company has lost our trust.

We are sorry you feel this way, Aptika is a family owned business with 20 years of experience in the ID card business. We have more than 30,000 active licences of IDpack worldwide and our customers are very happy. When you buy any software, card design and database management are the customer’s responsibility. Our technical team spent a lot of time answering all your support questions for free. At one point, you have to look for yourself and search how to do things using our documentations, videos and knowledge base. Finally, a quote for these kind of services was sent to your organization.
