APS Fulfillment, Inc.Reviews of apsfulfillment.com

Great company with a fantastic team! APS Fulfillment is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to providing reliable fulfillment services. Their commitment to customer service and attention to detail really stand out. Highly recommend!

I strongly caution any business owner considering APS Fulfillment to think twice before trusting them with their business. In my experience, this company has gone significantly downhill since the leadership changed around early 2022. What was once a dependable fulfillment partner has become a source of frustration, unnecessary expenses and major headaches. The decline in service quality, professionalism and accountability has been extremely disappointing. One of the biggest problems is their repeated inventory mismanagement and shipping mistakes. What's even more unacceptable is that when APS Fulfillment makes mistakes, YOU end up paying for them! Instead of taking responsibility for their errors, they leave business owners dealing with the financial consequences, unhappy customers and damaged reputations. You're essentially paying a company to manage your fulfillment operations, only to be charged for problems they create themselves! My advice to fellow business owners: STAY AWAY from APS Fulfillment! A fulfillment partner should make running your business easier, not become another liability that costs you time, money and customers. The lack of accountability and deterioration in service have made this company one I can no longer recommend. Save yourself the headaches, protect your inventory and take your business elsewhere!

Had a great experience working with Jack! He was professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. The entire process was seamless and well organized, and communication was always quick and straightforward. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience and making things as easy as possible for his clients. Would highly recommend Jack and his team!

APS helped change our business. We were stuck with an outdated, manual and unfriendly Fulfillment centre before. We finally made the switch and could not be happier with the result. Their tech has been a huge help for our inventory and their quick response and turn arounds increased all our customer satisfaction ratings.

We have worked with other providers in the past but I find the service at APS is second to none. Great team, its only been 9 months but im looking forward to going into 2027 with the proper partner so we can focus on growing the business.

STAY AWAY! They are dishonnest and will make you pay for their mistakes. Unreliable shipping schedule. Long receiving delays. Probably the worst center I have worked with in 30 years.

Awful experience! Somehow they got my review removed even though I was their customer and authorized to leave a review so I am going to repeat: APS Fullfilment Inc is a nightmare company to work with. Just read all the negative feedbacks here, they all describe exactly my issues with the company. I wish I paid attention to those reviews when I signed up with them. Expect hidden , unexpected fees each time on each invoice and rude answers once you express your concerns.

I’ve been working with APS for over half a year now, and the experience has been excellent. Even at the beginning of my project, when I had practically no sales, both Jack and the entire team remained attentive and supportive. Given the nature of my business and market, I was initially concerned about outsourcing logistics. However, to this day I haven’t had any issues, and my customers have always received their orders correctly. Whenever a special request or question comes up, I know I can reach out to the team and count on them to get the job done. Highly recommended.
