Complete scammers, work with StarCraft network. Only half my order arrived was useless with out the other half. They saying I can return for a refund with out p and p costs but at my own cost . Absolutely disgusting.. DONT ORDER OFF ANY OF RHE FACEBOOK ADS, they all scams

This is a bogus company. Item ordered end of November 2024 still no delivery and they reply to email but refuse to refund. Its all a scam. There are no products. Do not use.

Over charged! Waited 2 months, goods never received, asked for a refund, refusing to give want me to pay again for shipping and a cost for them “losing the product” or offer a refund minus shipping fee and goods cost! Work that out! Complete scammers, robbed of two Christmas presents for kids. SCAMMERS

I would have given no stars if possible. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Cheap, tacky items that look nothing like the advert. Thought they were made in the USA but turns out to be China! I asked for a refund but was told that I would have to return the items to China not the UK return address on the packages and this would be extremely expensive. If sent to the UK address they would not accept it so no refund would be given. Offered £2 then £4 then £7 compensation which is the highest they offer. Absolute ripoff!

Absolute garbage. Cheap games, pieces missing. Their customer service is appalling. Basically called me a liar when I told them 3 pieces were missing. In 3 separate e mails they told me they were correct and had sent all the pieces in the original parcel. Sent them a picture of the pieces as requested, they more or less said I was lying. Why would I lie about missing pieces? The game is useless without them. Offered a £1 refund on a £16 game. Don't go near this company as they will send you substandard game made of cheap materials from China.

Avoid at all costs. A magnetic ‘chess’ game advertised on Facebook. Product eventually arrived (and the tracking was admittedly diligent) - but it’s not anything like the photos or video in the advert and is unacceptably poor quality and doesn’t work. Will try to raise via PayPal. Lesson learned. Won’t fall for Facebook ads again.

This company took money from my account, never delivered anything and are uncontactable. Total scam, don't go near them
