I had a complex issue with my iOS app during the Apple App Review process. The reviewers reported that users could not navigate back from the Stripe Checkout page. At first, we explored several possible solutions, but Amy and the AppMySite technical team continued investigating until they identified the real cause. They explained that the issue was related to the Show Website Header configuration in the WebView. After enabling this setting, the Stripe Checkout back navigation worked correctly on both iOS and Android, while I was still able to keep the website sidebar disabled to maintain a native mobile experience. I really appreciate their patience, technical expertise, and willingness to stay with the issue until it was fully resolved. A special thank you to Amy for coordinating the support, keeping the communication clear, and following the case through to a successful resolution. This is the best platform to create a app for both google play and ios. The ease of use is incredible. The customer service is phenomenal. I'm a long time user for one of my clients of the AppMySite product. For about 3 years now and always the product works to my full satisfaction. But that is not the only important part, also the support if something goes wrong like recent with submitting the app to Google. Always Worked, but not this time with strange feedback from the PlayStore. I reached out the support and within 24 hours (time difference NL-USA) it was solved.
