the product never shipped and the phone is out of service. SCAM!

I have called and emailed multiple times about a labtest order I made over a week ago. Tracking number just states label created but not shipped. No other information given. No one will pick up the phone on any line I’ve called! No reply to any emails or calls!! These are scammers!! They just took my money and I have yet to get anything for what I paid them!

I ordered the test kit a week 1/2 ago. Still haven't recieved my order. So at the moment, my review is one star at best.

I bought this for me and my family for Christmas sent in the samples and never heard anything back. Also no follow up to my email of checking in on it

Don't use this company, just go through your doctor if you are looking for information. They charge for the testing and then don't tell you it's another $300 for them to tell you the results. Horrible company.
