Repairman was pleasant and efficient, and came on time. However, the charge was outrageous. 15 min job, nothing difficult. Should have been half of what they charged.

I call Appliance Master for all my repairs. I love the fact that they send you the same repair technician everytime. You get to know and trust them. I feel my tech is honest and trustworthy and I respect his professional opinion. He works hard and has never steered me wrong. Thanks EJ!

Repair person always arrived when scheduled. Even though it resulted in him having to make multiple visits to fix the problem, he tried to save us money by attempting a different fix. Very professional and trustworthy.

The technician who came to review the issue with my washing machine was of no assistance. He simply claimed the water leakage was a result of user error. The issue later happened again and I was able to resolve it myself, it ended up being a faulty sensory in the washer something that he should have been able to test for rather than insisting I didn't know how to use a washing machine. I do not plan to use Appliance Master in the Future, I will find a more competent appliance repair company.

Called at 8:30 am had a technician here by 9:30 am the same day! Dave was knowledgable, helpful and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.
