We have used this program for several years now. They are constantly improving it. If a problem develops they are quick to respond and work with you to correct the problem.

The software is great but the support staff from AppFolio is outstanding. Any small problems we may have had, have been resolved in a very timely manner. Great company, great software!!

After (6) months of reviewing competing software, we opted to go with AppFolio. We could not have been more pleased with our decision. The user friendly environment they created helps us to work efficiently and effectively. The flexibility of the AppFolio has allowed us to tailor the system to meet our needs as well as those of our tenant and owners. The customer service is outstanding when having an issue. Their team is also always forward thinking to improve and keep us ahead of the competition.
