Great Company with so many good people and processes to help us through managing properties. Appfolio is helpful when there are problems and easy to contact with good response time.

Going into my 3rd year. Key thing with Appfolio is to give yourself time to learn the system, do not rush but find a great bookeeper to help you. Best system I have used to run my company, I trust it for all property types.

I highly recommend Appfolio Property Management Software! I could not be any happier with this product, and the customer service/support has been great. I love the ability to work remotely, from any computer or smart phone. My only regret is not signing up sooner.
