AppFolio is constantly improving. Every time I wish I could have some new feature or run a different report the team at AppFolio rolls out an update to address it before I have time to voice my request.

It really is about the service above all else

We have been using Appfolio for about 6 years and cannot live without it. The program is very simple to use and user friendly. They are continuously improving it and adding new features. Also their support staff is outstanding.

I started out skeptical of Appfolio, I struggled to get our accounting switched over and there were a few clunky issues with the transfer, however, their team was there the whole way with a smiling face ready to help. Sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer, but when you have their attention, you have their full attention until the problem is resolved. The software itself has become an invaluable resource for our company. I don't know how we even kept track of everything before Appfolio! Not to mention they are ALWAYS working to keep on the cutting edge of what their customers want from them. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks me!

Every day at work, myself or a co-worker will express how happy and grateful that we are to be using AppFolio Property Management. Many of our processes have become uncomplicated because of AppFolio. For example, rent increases are done with just a few clicks - update the letter, check the residents to receive the letter, and print (even the envelopes) and mail. The increase is automatically entered on each tenant's account! Also, the Accounting aspect of AppFolio works seamlessly with the Property Management aspect. We are very happy with AppFolio Property Management, and I recommend it whenever I get the opportunity.
