You don't respond to emails. The phone is never answered when I call throughout the day. I have been trying to return jackets I ordered because no one would respond to my questions so I spent money on jackets that I can't use.

You replied quickly to my email about my missing items and it was corrected and I received my items fast. Thank you.

I would give a 0 star if I was able. Placed order on 7th have yet been sent shipping information. Have tried to make contact several times during thier business hours to no avail. I'm a first time customer and not happy one bit!!!! If no contact monday will report as a fraudulent company! UPDATE.....They did make contact on Monday. When all of my merchandise arrives I will.uodate again. In the meantime im.increasing rating.
