About Apolosign

Founded in 2008, Apolosign is a factory-direct family display brand committed to delivering high quality at honest prices. By uniting design, R&D, and manufacturing under one roof, we cut out unnecessary markups — so customers pay for craftsmanship, not middlemen.Today, Apolosign stands as a leader in two core categories: Portable TVs that bring flexible entertainment to any space, and all-in-one Digital Calendars that keep family life organized. From our beginnings with learning tablets and smart photo frames to living-room 4K screens, every step has built toward this focused lineup. In 2025, we launched the world’s first Dual-Mode Calendar (Calendar Mode + Android Mode), combining glanceable schedules with a customizable Widgets Dashboard — all on a single screen. Now trusted by over one million households, Apolosign continues to put customers first. We iterate quickly, stand behind what we build, and stay true to our mission: bringing high-quality, fairly priced home electronics to more families.

There is a large line going accross the screen that is not working its greyed out and flaws that indicate it had been previously returned. Now I have to go through the motions of returning to get a replacement this is so frustrating. Why would you send me this bs you have no quality inspections? This is a $700 CALENDAR

Really disappointing experience with…
Really disappointing experience with the Apolosign 21.5" Digital Calendar. I suffered loss and damage and when I needed help, support was practically nonexistent. I contacted them repeatedly and asked for a refund, but my requests were ignored and my money was never returned. This has left me seriously stressed and out of pocket. I would be very cautious before buying.

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with Apolosign. The product resulted in a significant loss and damage for me, and when I contacted customer support, I did not receive the support I expected. I also requested a refund, but my refund request was ignored and the issue was not properly resolved. Despite contacting them about the problem, I was left without a satisfactory solution. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully check the company’s return, refund, warranty and after-sales policies before making a purchase. My experience with the product, customer support and refund process was extremely disappointing.

We are 100% certain that this is not a genuine customer review! Our company has received multiple threatening and extortion emails in which the sender explicitly claimed that they had been paid to post negative reviews about our business. We have preserved all of the email correspondence as evidence and have already submitted it to Trustpilot as part of our report.

Bought it for a Christmas gift NO RETURN
Bought it for a Christmas gift and bought it early to avoid the rush, and they won't take it back because it was over 30days. Very bad practice. It wasn't even opened. Horrible customer service.

First of all, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. After understanding your situation, we reached out to you promptly and expressed our willingness to support your return request. However, we did ask that you cover the return shipping cost, which you declined.

This is just a large Android tablet
This is just a large Android tablet. It is not compatible with Apple products or streaming of Apple Plus tv or Paramount plus. We had to return 🤨🤨🤨 The Apple TV app was available on the Google play store but then wouldn't work. We wouldn't have spent all the hours we did trying to "fix" it if the description clearly stated that and probably would not have bought the TV

Hi Kristi, thank you for giving our product a try, and we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Just to clarify, this device is an Android-based smart display, so it supports apps available on the Google Play Store. Apple-exclusive apps such as Apple TV+ or certain platform-restricted services may not be available on Android devices in general. We completely understand the inconvenience this caused and respect your decision to return it. Our team is constantly improving app compatibility and we truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us make the product better for everyone. If you’re ever looking for a versatile family calendar display or a portable smart screen for everyday use, we’d be happy to help you find the right fit. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
