As others have said, predators to your bank account. They’ve somehow been taking money, on different days every 3 months, from me for the past two years. They claim to have provided access to meals and plans but only ever sent me the first 8 week plan that i opted for. I’m trying to dispute it with my bank but as of now its the typical “overly professional” worded responses from their “customer service”. ALSO, FOR THOSE CONSIDERING THE APP: the workouts are NOTHING that’s not on the internet already. My meal plan consisted of canned fish and plain pasta. It’s a joke looking back at it now.

Predatory cancellation policy. Makes it super hard to cancel then waits until your account renews then claims you are canceled but refuses the refund.

After a year of using his paid app, I took some time off cause I had a daughter. To only check back in and see everything I’ve already paid for has been deleted and I have no access to anything unless I keep paying. Custom diet plans I get, but my workout routines should not disappear you already took my money for a year. Will never refer anyone to this app you can find better for free. Shady business model, and not helpful at all customer service. Would not recommend
