WHY APEX TECH RACING SUPPLY?We are sim racers. We run a successful eSports works pro team on the iRacing platform. We know what sim racers need- and what they don't. We recognize there are few luxury sim racing suppliers in the United States. Like you we grew tired of paying high shipping and duty charges to buy the best sim racing products from Europe, Asia and Australia. We do not carry every brand and product you read about on the internet. Rather we carry the best parts from the best suppliers - and we will keep stock in our warehouse in Georgia for quick shipping to you. This is our pledge to the sim racing community- our pledge to you.We handle tech support and sales questions ourselves in house. No need to call a distant manufacturer for help or information- that's what we are here for. Try it out. Send an email or DM us on discord- see how quickly we respond. Your racing enjoyment is what drives us! Give us a try- you won't be sorry.

Purchased the Precision Sim Engineering Pro Switch Panel from Apex and I am thoroughly impressed with the shipping speed and detail. The order arrived in less than a week with all the items neatly packed and organized. Absolutely loved every bit of the transaction and now Apex Tech is going to be my first landing page when looking for sim equipment. Top notch!

Shipping was very slow to actually get shipped. Then I see that it is shipping from Great Britain? The main reason I ordered from you guys was because I saw that you were based in Georgia and I thought me being in North Carolina that the shipping would be relatively fast. Might as well had just ordered from the UK website. As of now I have it as 3 stars

Hi Joel, we take all reviews and customer satisfaction very seriously as we are very small business trying to bring a new market to the US. As such you ordered on a Saturday and it shipped on the Tuesday. We had to drop ship from the UK because we sold out of the stands. As such instead of canceling your order and giving you a refund we are eating the $150+ air freight and US duty costs to get it to you. Im sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly to you at the time of purchase and we take responsibility for that. I hope you enjoy using the stand. Sincerely, ATRS staff
Just ordered the Ascher 4” ddu from Apex Tech Racing Supply and couldn’t be happier. This thing is incredible. I originally ordered the 5” unit but EJ quickly let me know it was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund or to go with the 4” unit. After the transaction, EJ had the unit to me in 2 days! The box and dash arrived in Perfect Condition. I had some questions to get it up and running and EJ immediately helped me out. That’s great customer service. Because of EJ and Apex Tech, I can enjoy the dash over my Christmas vacation. The F64 V3 is next!

I was looking for the Pro Switch Panel, which has been out-of-stock all over. I found ATRS, their website inventory showed one left, so I purchased it. Following my purchase, I noticed the inventory still showed one remaining, so I had assumed it was out-of-stock, and the website did not reflect that. I emailed support, EJ responded within minutes to confirm it was in-stock. I ordered on the 10/06, it was delivered via FedEx on 10/07, literally in my hands less than 24-hours after my purchase. Great customer service, I would not hesitate to order from them again. 👌🏻
