Hi Owen, We’re sorry to see this review. We searched our customer database and were unable to locate an order under your name. There are several companies in this industry that use “Apex” in their branding, and we are often mistaken for other businesses. Apex Peptide Supply (https://apexpeptidesupply.com) is not affiliated with any other company. If you believe your experience involved Apex Peptide Supply, please contact us directly at [email protected] and include: • The email address used to place your order • Your order number • A brief description of what happened We take customer concerns seriously and would like to better understand the situation and help resolve any issue if your order was placed with our company. Thank you, Matt Apex Peptide Supply

We hear you! Secure checkouts shouldn’t feel complicated. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that a one-time verification can feel like an extra step. We are currently testing this Secure Card Checkout to offer the highest level of security for both our researchers and our store, as it protects both parties from fraud and reduces high-risk transaction fees. Why we are rewarding researchers for this step: $50 Store Credit: As a thank you for the one-time effort, you’ll receive a $50 credit for your next order. Ongoing 10% Savings: You’ll also get a 10% discount on all future orders where you choose this secure payment method. Instant Future Checkout: Once verified, you never have to do it again—future checkouts are near-instant. Both the $50 credit and the 10% discount code are sent to your email automatically as soon as the verification and transaction are successfully completed. We are testing this currently to see how our customers like the rewards, and we plan to add our standard simple credit/debit card option back very soon. If you have any trouble or would like us to help you through the process, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Hi Chahira, We take reviews like this very seriously, which is why we thoroughly checked our system before responding. At this time, we have no record of any order, communication, or contact attempt under your name, and the details in your review do not match how our company operates. For clarity, Apex Peptide Supply does not offer “fast” or expedited shipping, and we have no unresolved customer service inquiries—calls, texts, emails, or website messages—matching your description. We have recently encountered multiple cases where customers have mistakenly confused us with another company using a similar name. Based on the information provided, this appears likely to be one of those situations. If you did in fact place an order with Apex Peptide Supply, we are more than willing to investigate and resolve this immediately. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can assist: 📧 [email protected] 📞 505-370-2370 (call or text) We stand by our service and responsiveness, and our existing customer reviews reflect that. If this review was intended for a different company, we respectfully ask that it be corrected to avoid confusion. – Apex Peptide Supply Team
