I did not purchase an apex pc but when I called in on Tuesday with my ibuypower system because my roommate had an apex pc the support team helped my reinstall windows afterm y drive became corrupt. Kirbi was so kind and patient spending 50 minutes on the phone with me to help resolve the issue.

Our experience was superb from start to finish. We were able to easily select the components and trust the Apex team to build a solid system that was delivered on time.

I worked with Katie who was beyond helpful and kind when it came to helping installing an SSD I purchased to increase my storage space on a PC I bought in 2020. Yes, sometimes wait times can be high but I believe that speaks to how busy Apex is because they are a great company to work with.My PC has been working well since I purchased it and I have never had issues playing AAA titles

There were a lot of challenges Apex needed to overcome with my purchase back in September. And I could talk about the problems I experienced in great depth but I'd rather focus on what they did well, which far outweighed the negative. Customer support was always prompt, always forthcoming, and always courteous. Every representative I spoke to during my long acquisition and build period were wonderful. Upon getting my Computers, of which I ordered two, each one arrived in flawless condition, which is great because it allows me to see just how well they constructed my machines. Fantastic cable-management and assembly, and first time start-up was a breeze. Overall I'm very satisfied with my orders. Despite it's honestly egregious turnaround time, at the time of writing this review 12/22/2022 I've only had the machines for a week. The only negative experience with my order is the 12-week time-frame to receive my order. But granted, much of that delay isn't completely on Apex Gaming.

My computer was buit with a i225-V ethernet port. It took two trips back to Apex for us to discover that it was my ISP and the i225-V port that was causing connection issues. Apex support was supportive through the whole ordeal. I love my pc and I appreciate their dedication to customer support.

I have made questionable online purchases in the past, but this takes the cake for the worst product/experience I have ever encountered. I purchased over 3,000 dollars' worth of products from them after being told multiple times that these products would arrive within 10 days. After a few weeks went by, I reached out for an update, and they once again reassured me that my products would be shipped by the end of the week. Now, after 7 weeks they have stopped responding after I have reached out twice over the last 2 weeks. This type of behavior is both unethical and unprofessional. If you are considering buying one of their products, please understand that this review is 100% truthful. I consider myself to be both a patient and rational person, but this situation is simply ridiculous. They continued to lie to me before cutting off all communication. Do Not Purchase Their Products. Edit 1: Since Apex continues to lie by stating, "our Customer Service Team has looked for any unanswered emails in the last 2 weeks, and all emails have been answered", I would highly recommend searching for tickets 39464 and 39843 Edit 2: My order was placed, paid for, and processed on November 9th, not December 2nd as you claim. Furthermore, you claim that, "at no point did you wait longer that 24 hours for a reply", which is fundamentally false. Support ticket numbers, 39464 and 39843 have indeed not received responses from you all. I left this review in order to establish some type of communication with you all after I had not received a response from you all in 2 weeks. Additionally, only after this review was published did I receive a reply to my next support ticket. Please stop spreading false information; I will be happy to provide you with time stamped emails and banking statements. I am thankful for the refund, and I am saddened and that this situation transpired the way that it did. I will be happy to take down this review once my refund has cleared, and my money is back in my account.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. After reviewing the order placed, we found that you purchased an Apex Silver Ready To Ship which is quoted to ship within "10 business days". Your order was placed on December 2nd which as of today is 10 business days exactly from the date the order was placed. As we noted in our emails your order was waiting to be shipped and was completed and ready to depart today. At this time, per your request, we have canceled your order. After reviewing the tickets provided to us, we also would like to note that at no point did you wait longer than 24 hours for a reply.
Great pc only issue is the wait time almost 4 months to get it
