Most of my experience was great the website was easy to use and understand and the representative that I worked with was friendly and very helpful the only real negative I had was how long it took to recieve my PC it took over 2 months to arrive after ordering.

Well as of this moment, I’ve lost respect for Apex as I’ve just only now decided to do some research and found out that some people have had to wait months on end to get their PCs and that allegedly everything is overpriced. I wish I would’ve done my research sooner. So I could’ve had my PC sooner. Just save your time and buy a PC from somewhere else

Hi Ethan, thank you for your feedback. As recent reviews will show, as well as our website, we have worked very hard on our lead times in the last six months, and currently are delivering all systems in 3-10 business days. While we understand that does not mean customers who purchased in the past did not have to wait prolonged periods of time, we hope that it is a major step in the right direction. Finally, we wanted to note that for orders that were delayed in the past, we have provided those customers with extended warranties and often times even compensation for delays.
It had a good options selection along with the suggested parts so you don’t get confused. The frequent emails is also a plus to know the progress of the PC.

First of all I was charged over $2000 for a horrible computer. The specs offered are extremely overpriced and cannot even begin to compete with other companies that offer pre-built pc's. Secondly, it took me 5 months to receive my pc that wasn't completely assembled. Third of all, I had to turn secure boot on to run a game through the BIOS settings and the computer hasn't been able to display ANY video output, and nothing works to fix this problem. The fourth problem that occured was the "Refund-Policy '' and the customer support. Not only did it take 5 months to ship and I had to seat the graphics card, I wasn't told there was a 30-day refund policy for the PC and that I could no longer get a refund even though it took 5 MONTHS to recieve. The customer support had told me in a phone call that I was able to get a refund then later emailed me to say he was mistaken. Now I am trying to repair my PC that has literally no video output and they are charging me a RMA invoice of $168.11 for a return label. This whole company is a complete scam that will give you horrible prices for a PC and won't even tell you that the specs for your "Dream PC" are terrible over the personal phone call they offer. I am extremely angry with my PC and the customer service I was provided. I really don't understand the $168 charge for a return label AND I have to pay to ship it back to them. DO NOT buy from this company, they are unprofessional money-grubbers.

Hi Marc, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Looking at your order, it appears you paid a total of $1457 for your PC, and the remaining amount of the $1682 paid was taxes and shipping. If you have been charged over that amount, please share with us detailed records so we can look into getting that amount reimbursed for you. I also see that your order was placed on December 18th during the peak holiday season in which we noted orders will take 6-8 weeks and sometimes take up to 12 weeks to ship in your order confirmation email. I see that your order was placed on December 18th, and was shipped on March 14th, within the delivery window provided when you placed the order. We understand that this lead time is less than ideal and are excited to share that as of May 10th Apex will be delivering all PCs ordered within 2 weeks of the order being placed, and most of the time much quicker! In regards to our Refund and Warranty policy both are clearly listed on our website and visible for you to review at any time. They are also linked in the order confirmation email you received. Our website states that after 30 days your PC is not eligible for return and that the shipping cost is to be paid by the customer if an RMA is to be issued. Given your order was delivered well over 30 days ago, you would not be eligible for free round-trip shipping for your RMA. However, we did email you to note that the invoice would be voided and that shipping back and forth would be paid for by Apex given you have only had your PC for 45 days as promised during a phone call with one of our support agents. I apologize that the invoice was confusing, and as mentioned in the email it was automated as our system noted you were outside of the 30-day window, at which point per our policy you would be charged for the shipping of the PC. You are not responsible for that charge, and given it has not been paid, it has been voided. If there is anything else we can do for you please do not hesitate to email us. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure that our refund, return, and RMA policies are even more front and center due to your experience.
I am still mixed about about the whole experience however I can confidentiality say that I have never had an experience such a good with customer service before. The guy not only figure out the issues I had with the pc case, but helped me find the case, resolved some issues, get my pc in a timely manner, and other stuff as well. If I were to rate everything I would give pc performance a 5/5 (no complaints here), shipping a 2/5 (a few things came loose if not tightened done all the way), advertisement 1/5 (seem like they changed the halo flood theme pc without communicating with hiddenxperia about it and I ended up with a pc different from what I thought I would get), and lastly I would give customer support a 5/5 (was not expecting the service I got). EDIT I guess no flood themed pc.

Hi Mason, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As noted on our website product appearance does vary based on the options you select, and based on your order you did option a different color case and did not option RGB lights or RGB fans. I am sorry to hear that your GPU seems to have moved out of position during shipping. We do use Instapak to try and prevent this but sometimes these things do happen and for that, we apologize. Finally, we apologize for the longer-than-normal lead times for your order. We have been working all year to lower our delivery times and should be offering one-week delivery times on all systems by the end of May!
Delivery date changed many times, no communication from seller, seller pushes additional purchases before delivering product

Helpful in the process of getting my pc but I got the same day shipping and it got delivered in a week pc is great
