Apex Creative DesignsReviews of apexcreativedesigns.com

I’m leaving this review because of a serious issue involving Kingdom Sanctuary of Eden and Apex Creative Designs. The church paid Apex Creative Designs thousands of dollars 3 years ago for SERVICES. Afterward, there was a dispute over deceptive practices. The church requested that the matter be resolved and that the money be returned, but as of September 29, 2026, the issue remains unresolved. I have documentation relating to the payment and the communications about the matter. I’m sharing my experience so that other potential customers can do their own research before sending money. I hope Apex Creative Designs addresses the situation directly with the church and resolves the outstanding issue.

I am really disappointed with Apex, they deceived the Kingdom Sanctuary of Eden & Outreach ministry out of their money and refuse to refund it. This has been going on for 3 yrs. This company should be shutdown.

Apex Creative Designs when will you pay back kingdomofeden.org that's an institution that feed and clothe homeless people all over the world. Don't you and the people that work at Apex have no shame. Pay back the money.

When will Justin the VP of Apex Creative Design do the right thing and refund kingdomofeden.org the money that they took. All he do is lie to the church. When will he stop?

We are very disappointed in Apex Creative Designs. The VP Justin promised to refund a church kingdomofeden.org and up until today they have not been refunded. Justin has promised them over a year now. That church feeds and clothe the homeless people in Louisiana and Texas. Why did Apex do this to this church?

I’m really disappointed with the service from this company, I ordered a present for a family member on the 4th April allowing over a month for any shipping issues. I’m now getting to the 3 week mark and no item, no response from emails, chat bot or the Instagram page. They advertise 3-7 business days for uk delivery and that hasn’t been the case. I wouldn’t mind if they had good communication however I’m still yet to know if i will even receive the product. I wouldn’t recommend…

I am completely disappointed with this company. They advertise that they will deliver your parcel in 3-7 working days. But I have no receive my parcel and it has been 3 weeks. Not only do they not respond to my consistent emails, they do not answer calls or answer via the chat box. I am really disappointed as I bought a present for my husband and it simply did not arrive. Moreover, they charged me for two items despite only ordering one. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Disappointed

Buyer beware!!!! They will create problems with your website and then charge you to fix the problems they created. If you dare leave a bad review they will harass you and send their employees to tell you they will be punished if you don’t remove the review. I have texts to prove everything.
