❌ Do Not Lease Here
❌ Do Not Lease Here - Serious Safety and Maintenance Issues I have lived here for one year and would give this property a 0-star rating if possible. This is absolutely not what I signed up for in my lease agreement. Do not waste your time or money moving here. 1. Severe Security and Crime Issues • My vehicle has been broken into twice. Both times, my side windows were shattered and items were stolen. • There is no active security on the property. • As a 67-year-old resident, I no longer feel safe walking to my vehicle in the parking lot. • I don’t feel comfortable with my family or grandchildren coming here to visit me. • There have been numerous massive fights over weekends at the swimming pool and adjoining parking lot, requiring police intervention to break them up and arrest violent offenders. 2. Complete Lack of Maintenance and Broken Elevators • The elevators break down constantly. The elevator in my building has been completely broken for over a month, and other elevators across the complex are also out of order. • Living on the 3rd floor at my age, being forced to use the stairs daily for over a month due to broken elevators is a massive health and safety hazard. • I have a long list of unresolved maintenance issues inside my apartment, including a leaking roof, a leaking sink, a broken garbage disposal, and a broken stove. 3. Unresponsive Management • The front office staff completely ignores maintenance requests, emails, and complaints from residents. • They have offered absolutely zero response or acknowledgment regarding my vehicle break-ins or the broken community infrastructure. Please think twice before moving into this complex. The management does not care about resident safety, basic maintenance, or communication. ________________________________________
