Hi Ellen, we are so glad that you are enjoying your Apartment List experience! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!
Apartmentlist.com is a poorly updated platform with most of the information listed being inaccurate. Be sure to do your homework or use a more reliable resource. After contacting more than 10 apartment complexes about the information on this site, only 2 of them had accurate info. Don’t waste your TIME!!! NOT HELPFUL at ALL!!!

Hi Genie, I'm sorry you havent had the best experience using our platform. We typically integrate with our partners systems so that information can be updated multiple times/day. However we also partner with data providers for smaller units across the country who share our values. While we perform basic data validation, we rely on those partners to verify the accuracy of their listings.I will pass your feedback along to the rest of the team. Thank you!
Greenville Place Apartments This place is the WORST!! Don't even bother looking here. The apartments are falling apart and they just band-aide anything that breaks, and everything does. My kitchen cabinet door has been on the floor for a month and they just keep giving me the run around. My bathroom has black mold in it and i'm told to just wipe it and open a window. My carpets are destroyed because when you do finally get someone over to "fix" something they destroy something else, like when your washer breaks on 02/21/2022 in the middle of a full wash cycle and they finally come on 11/29/2017 to do anything and then the spill all the moldy, dirty, disgusting water all over your carpets moving the washer. How you cant even use the laundry facilities on the campus because the last time I did it left black grease stains on my blanket from the half broken washer.. just try to find a dryer that isn't broken and has been for over a yr. My Bathroom sink leaked for months, and my heating vents are full of mold. Not to mention they never cam back to fix the giant water stains on my ceiling from when the neighbors water tank exploded into my apartment at 1 am. This place is a wreck.. move someplace else!!!!

Hi Jennifer, I'm so sorry you had such a horrible experience with Greenville Place Apartments. The apartments are in no way a reflection of Apartmentlist and how we treat our customers. I will have our client services team reach out to apartments but I also suggest leaving a review on Greenville Place Apartments platform to make them aware of your grievances as well, thank you!

Hi Samantha, I understand you’ve received some listings that are outside of your preferences. We create different categories of matches, some of which broaden the location of your search in order to provide more options for you. You can skip those categories entirely or just click the “thumbs down” button on those listings. They’ll be moved to your “not for me” category.
Worst commercial ever!!

Hi Mar, we value and appreciate your review. I will pass your feedback along to the rest of the team. Thank you!
Hundreds of listings which is good. They are all falsely advertising one price then when you call and speak to them they quote you several different prices. It feels very criminal in how they are doing things & how they are attempting to get so much of your personal information and use that against you to change the pricing for the units that one is seeking. Another scam from criminals in California. Disgusted !

I'm so sorry you have encountered listings with stale pricing. We typically integrate with our partners systems so that pricing can be updated multiple times/day. While we perform basic data validation, we rely on those partners to verify the accuracy of their listings. If you would like to send me any of the links or property names nto [email protected], I'm happy to look into if there is a larger issue going on.
In the State of Vermont- it is ILLEGAL to charge applicants who are looking for a place TO LIVE. So why is every landlord Charging people to do a background

Hi Kristi, I'm sorry you're having this issue. Unfortunately, ApartmentList can not offer a resolution to this issue as we are just the platform that provides the listings. We would suggest speaking with the properties you are applying to. Thank you!
The results of a search do not match what I entered and wasted a ton of time. I needed a furnished apt and most results were unfurnished. I specified a move in date and the results showed apts that were not within that range. A great site if you want to peruse pictures of apartments that are no longer on the market or dont fit your criteria. If you have e a lot of time to waste, highly recommended. Otherwise avoid!! And I am assuming I will receive the same apologetic response as I have seen on the other 25% of total ratings that have been 1 star. Save the response and clean up your results. And please can I have my hours of my life back?? I still need to find a real apartment
