It's good software, but sometimes it's very slow, impossible to work with, and I sent several emails to support to improve the servers.

intuitive, flawless. yet, a little bit slow

AnyViewer is fairly good, but has some hickups when the password for some unattended machines seems to be reset, and also updating the app requires onsite presence.
