I made a purchase to buy bitcoin and nobody’s answering and no email sent. I don’t understand why nobody is answering the phone. I made a purchase on October 29, 2025 in the amount of $400 and now im sad and scared they might scam me

Fake spam review
Made a purchase of btc and never recieved it, no one answeres the live chat or email. They are a scam company collecting your data. I will post the email of them confirming my order and never hearing anything back after that
