This used to be the best app, but for the past three months we've had to reinstall and set it up almost every week. Even then, it still doesn't provide complete reports. We've granted the app all the necessary permissions on the phone, yet the dashboard keeps saying that it doesn't have permission. This is very frustrating. On top of that, customer support hasn't been able to provide proper guidance or solve the issue.

Not good for Android 14 customer service sucks no immediate response or solution. Have done installation on my childs phone according to their videos but all in vain. Just claims to do all the things in the website. Pls don't purchase just waste of time and money

There is no free trial option.
