On an Auto ship I should have had 3 boxes but when I received the mail package appeared to have opened up on the sides and retapped back shut when I opened it it only had 1 box inside . I emailed customer service and sent photos. Antinol sent me the missing boxes. Excellent customer service was received. Great company and product.

I have a thirteen year old cat that has an old back injury where arthritis has set in. Your product makes him feel so much more comfortable! He moves with much greater ease and is actually playing with my other cats again! Thank you!!

Excellent customer service! I had a subscription & was always notified before it shipped. When I needed to end the subscription, because I had ordered too much, it was super easy to cancel.

Incredible customer service

My subscription did not arrive, and so I contacted Robert at customer service. He was able to confirm that the package had stalled somewhere in the USPS system. Not only did he send a replacement via UPS so that my dog would not miss a dose, he also included a hand-written note which was such a nice gesture. I am grateful for his quick response.
