Anthem Tax ServicesReviews of anthemtaxservices.com

Anthem Tax Services worked with me and and I sent all my info to them. I was very pleased with the job they did. Even worked with me over the phone and sent my paperwork for signing and filed my federal and state taxes for me. Very happy with everyone I have worked with at Anthem. Top of the line!!!

I feel like they stole $$$ from me. I paid them over $400 a month for 8 months That’s about $3000. I have went to the irs. The only thing that was done by anthem tax in the 8 months I paid them is my house now has a lean on it. I Still owe all the money that I initially did. And there has been no resolution.

Very helpful and great with communication and keeping me updated on what was happening. Anthem helped me reduce my tax debt from almost $11k to $1k.

I was nervous hiring someone online but they accomplished what they said they would. I am very pleased with Anthem Tax Services

Good people all around from Jessica Josh and Ms Kim very professional group they got my IRS debt reduced to 100 dollars i owed around a 100k thanks to a great staff owner and miss Kim did a superb job getting my irs debt resolved thanks Anthem Tax 5 star rating for sure

After 1 year of listening to 4-5 account managers or whatever they were I’m being told that my account is closed or finished or whatever! I’ve been told that my tax debt is in a Non-Collectible Status. I believe that’s the terminology used for my situation. I want to believe that all is Good but I don’t have any Official documents from the IRS confirming that status. I have a copy of a document that shows that status but it’s not on any official IRS letterhead. All the negative reviews I have read describe exactly what I went through. No return calls or emails for weeks at a time. After a year of dealing with very unprofessional people I get a call from someone who explains a lot of the things I’ve waited a year to hear. She was professional and told me things that I wish I had been told 8-9 months ago. I’ve been a nervous wreck not hearing from anyone and not having things explained to me. Thanks to Kimberly for helping me out and explaining things to me. Now I’m praying that she was truthful with me and that I’m in the clear. But after so much neglect from the other employees at Anthem I can’t help but Hold My Breath and Pray that what Kimberly told me is the truth! Official documents would be really Wonderful and Professional. I’ve requested 3 times to speak with someone who is in a management position but that’s not happening. If my account is what I’m being told than Anthem did their job! However I didn’t like the way they got me to the finish line! Sincerely, William Austin As I expected I received a response from Anthem telling me that they apologize for the negative experience with their company and that they will have someone contact me very soon to see what they can do for me to rectify my situation! That response must have been for the customers that read reviews like I did. They want to appear concerned and professional regarding their customers but as I expected I haven’t heard a word from anyone at Anthem. I don’t expect to either. Once they have your Money don’t expect too much from Anthem. I was promised professional service and prompt reply’s and more than 1 Year after signing up and paying $8,000 I’ve been told that my back taxes have been placed in an Uncollectable status! I was told that my account was finished but I didn’t get anything in writing from the IRS or Anthem. Who really knows what I should expect? Call me ANTHEM and I’ll tell everyone how you really did follow up with me!
