Company has been slow to respond, and have failed to put any updates in writing. They have dragged my file out for over a year and never provided any evidence of communications with the IRS. At this time they don't reply to emails or telephone calls. All the available phone numbers fail to connect to a live person. Looks like I've been scammed.

Demetrio Plaza greeted me with a friendly and professional manner. That set the tone for the interaction. After a few minutes, I knew, I had selected the best company to help me. I have never had any problems with the IRS so when I found myself with a large Tax debt I needed help. I found it.

lisa marie was super relatable, kind, and professional. the consultation went smooth. The irs agent was super nice and the wait time was very short. if i would have called on my own, my wait time would have been over an hour and they would have been so rude to me and i would have more than likely gotten disconnected. i would recommend this company, especially lisa marie... I have been worried about my tax situation. When I spoke to the representative they were able to walk me through the process. We called the IRS together and requested all the info I would need. The agent at the IRS was very helpful. I would recommend Anthem to anyone in need of a tax professional. I ripped that band-aid off and it was not that bad. Thanks Anthem.
