Answering Service Care (ASC)Your calls, chats, and texts answered by real people and AI, so every opportunity turns into business.Answering Service Care (ASC) is a 24/7 answering service trusted by 4,000+ businesses nationwide, across every industry: law firms, doctor's offices, home services, insurance agencies, financial advising firms, and many more. Since 1974 we have helped business owners grow by making sure no customer ever goes unanswered. That is 50+ years, three generations of the same family, and nearly 200 employees across offices in NJ, NC, and FL. Many of our client relationships have lasted more than 20 years.Every ASC agent is a trained customer service professional who can greet your callers, run lead intakes, schedule appointments, transfer calls, and relay messages exactly the way you want them handled. Now you can pair that team with our AI answering service. AI answers in one ring, handles calls in more than 80 languages, captures the details, and books appointments. You decide which call types and workflows the AI handles and which ones always go straight to a person. Your callers get a say too: they can ask for a live agent at any point in the conversation and the call transitions smoothly, with the full context passed along, so nobody has to start over.Answering the phone is where we start. ASC also runs 24/7 live chat, two way business texting, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and outbound calling campaigns for follow ups, reminders, and win back outreach. It all syncs to your CRM through 7,000+ integrations, so instead of a voicemail box your team starts the day with booked appointments and qualified leads. Why Choose ASC?Never miss another call: 24/7/365 coverage for after hours, weekends, holidays, and peak time overflow, delivered by live agents, by AI, or by the best of both working together.Instant pickup, zero hold time: our AI agents answer on the first ring and take unlimited calls at once, so busy signals and voicemail go

We have several messages being sent to incorrect staff members. While we do get a quick response when I send the incorrect messages, the partners do not appreciate that the messages are being sent to incorrect staff members which causes a delay in getting back to our client.

Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to speak with Amy so we could clear up these concerns for you. As an extension of your business, we’re committed to doing everything we can to provide a quality experience for both you and your callers. If there’s ever anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
These are all different issues that we have experienced: Some messages are sent with incomplete information. Our Customer's account number is not captured. The company name is misspelled making it harder to look them up if the Customer number is not provided. The full message is not provided and when we listen to the recording there is critical information mentioned that would have been helpful at the time the message was received. There isnt a mention of you being our answering service so our Customer thinks they are speaking with us. These issues are not occurring back to back but often enough to mention for quality assurance. If specific examples are needed, they can be found in our history. I will mention that when i have the time to report a specific example, I receive a response pretty quickly. The problem is I dont have the time to report each one.
