Never got the flag I paid for

Great experience from design to issue resolution to final product received! First off tge design team was very patient in listening to my proof feedback and making quick adjustments. Then my package was received at the FedEx TN hub but the status didn't change for 8 days, emailed Ansley and received notification the package was lost. Tgey asked when I needed the flag by, put a rush on the new order and a replacement was quickly sent. Flag is beautiful - logo/colors/font are spot on. Appears to be a quality flag, can't wait to show the team this Sunday. Thanks Anley!

I bought 2 suction cup vehicle mounted flags from Anley on ebay. I used them twice and both flag mounts that are plastic cracked and broke apart. I was concerned the suction cups wouldn't hold but they were great. It's the cheap inferior plastic the flag screws into that is the problem. I wouldn't waste money on that particular product. Put my 12x18 American Flag up on the bow of my boat. 1 day, in a marina ONLY, and the eyelets have already ripped loose! Flag looks great, but this is a total failure! If I knew how to post a pic, I would.

This is a complete scam. The shipping address I got was in Ohio but the customer service address is California and when you google that address it a house in a residential neighborhood. I orders my sign on March 6th and received and email that it was completed and a shipping label was made on March 8th then nothing. Finally received and email on March 26th that it had shipped and the tracking would be updated. Then I reached out again on March 30th in the am but did get a response until the next day stating that my order was lost and it would be a week before they could replace it and send it back out. I requested a refund now we will see if I actually get my money back or not.

Amazing!! I can't recommend Anley Flags highly enough. Jeremy and his staff went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our experience - and our flags - were perfect. I inundated him with questions and request, and he fulfilled every single one. This is the only place I will ever took to in the future, to purchase flags or banners. Thank you!!

I received excellent customer service on our custom flag order. From design to delivery of 100 flags today, I have been very pleased. Great communication, helpful suggestions and great support along the way.
