Customer beware bad business practices
I placed an order 1 day ago with this company. 15 minutes after I place the order I realized I made a mistake and contacted them to tell them to please cancel the item, it was way too expensive I realized. I receive an email two days later that the item has already shipped. How is that possible? I was sent to three different customer service people in this company that said that they would try to help me. It just looks like they took long enough to ship it out so they can tell me they couldn't help me It was already shipped. Bad business practices
