Andrews isn't Great or Terrible…
Andrews isn't Great or Terrible honestly, just SLOW Pros Really good rates across the board Dramatically improved GUI interface Chat feature as of this date can actually solve problems Can handle all your loan and banking needs in one place You have descent approval odds for anything you request from them Con They use manual underwriting that slows down everything considerably, it takes forever for them to get back to you and then their is ton of red tape before the money is in he mail or in your account They stop "pulls" from external accounts and tried to gaslight me about it was never like that from the beginning lol. So basically because of fraud they tell you to push money from your external account to them, because they wont pull but you can quickly find yourself in a "dog chasing tail" situation here as other institutions will tell you-you need to have AFCU "pull" its a silly game everyone is playing its just AFCU is worst about it. Not really bothered to help you or retain your business. I wont go so far to say they are rude but if you find a better or faster rate/service somewhere else they honestly don't really care. As Fintech banks get more popular AFCU is gonna struggle here especially with ultra slow underwriting and red tape hula hoops where weeks go by before you get your money.
