Ordered a tuxedo from Andre Emilio. The jacket came looking nothing like the sample picture on their social media page. The lapel had poor workmanship. So poorly cut the right peak didn't even match the left peak and it had deep, permanant creases from how they shipped it. The suit was just folded up in a bag in a way thr lapen was folded up. The placement of the button on the coat was so low it was parallel with the pockets. The stich work looked horrible. All I wanted was a suit that looked like the sample photo. But what I got looks more like a costume. I reached out to their customer service and asked them to either fix the coat or remake it. No response. Never again will I order from this place!! $450 wasted. And they don't have any return policy. SMH. Guess I'll give it to some bumb on the street. That's what it looks like anyhow. **UPDATE** After speaking with customer service, Andre Emilio did make a new jacket for me at no cost. I definitely appreciate the effort they went through to make it right. The craftsmanship of the new jacket was much better. Still didn't quite meet my expectation, but better at least. Therefore, I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 star. Mainly for the customer service. Good to know they stand behind their product.
