Worst people I’ve ever dealt with I purchased a dress that looks nothing as it was shown on line as to what they sent me horrible quality and to get your money back they make it nearly impossible. I will not recommend this website to anyone and if you’re seeing this don’t fall for it they suck! Poor quality in material and there customer service there’s no such thing as refund. They want you to mail it to China when they have a return label from Chino Ca. Why do I have to send it to China? They’re nothing but thieves

I would give this company zero or negative stars if I could. I ordered a suede green mini dress with fringe and they sent my a wrinkled oversized knee length dress made out of polyester. I also ordered the Aurora dress in a size small and they sent me a size large dress labeled ZARA.

I had my doubts about this company, but their website honestly convinced me to give them a chance. The whole “handmade,” “hand-checked,” quality-focused presentation sounded reassuring. Now, after receiving my order, I can say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, the dress took FOREVER to arrive, and I had delivery issues along the way. Then, after all that waiting, I received a size M when I had ordered an XS. How does that even happen? On top of that, the dress was very misleadingly advertised. The photos made it look like the fringe detailing extended throughout the dress, which was a major reason I chose that particular color. In reality, the fringe is only on the front, the back is a plain bandage-style dress, and the color doesn’t look the same in person. Honestly, the dress I received feels like the Temu version of what was advertised on the website. It’s one thing for a product to look slightly different in person, but it’s another to wait weeks for an item that arrives in the wrong size and doesn’t live up to the product photos. Unfortunately, everything I was initially skeptical about has turned out to be a concern. The website’s presentation created expectations that the actual product and overall shopping experience did not meet. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re willing to risk a long wait and a product that may not match what you thought you were buying.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I got scammed out of my refund when I went to return my items (cheap quality) and realized I would have to send them back to China. No where on the website did they say they were located internationally, in fact they specified they only shipped within the United States. I had to pay over $70 to send the items back (with tracking) and it has been 6 weeks now and per the tracking number it was never delivered. I believe that packages stop getting tracked once it gets to Chinese customs and when the manufacturer receives it, they keep the items, never notify you and therefore will refuse to refund you saying “it’s still in customs”. HUGE SCAM

I never write negative reviews. But my experience with Andreas Oriano is one of the worst I've had buying clothes. I ordered multiple sizes of a dress. When I requested to return the ones that did not fit, the company requested I send a photo of myself wearing them for fit info. When I refused, the request changed to just pictures of the dresses. Then the company wants to charge 40-50 dollars for a return on a dress that was 150 to begin with. I feel terrible writing a negative review as everyone needs to make a living, but this return process was gross and expensive.

Sent a large instead of XS, told me I couldn’t get a refund or replacement without paying $50 shipping fees. You can only talk to an AI bot, and the product that actually came is clearly just Chinese made shit you get on SHEIN or Temu with no actual branded tag. Never order from here

This company is a complete scam. I cancelled my order 20 minutes after I placed it through their support email. They didn't respond until 14 hours later and still let it ship 4 hours after that. The dress was the wrong item, looked nothing like the online photos, is unbelievably horrible quality and they forced me to either pay for return shipping ($40-50) to get a "full refund" or accept the lowball offer of a 25% partial discount. I argued with them for two weeks and that's all they claim they can do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SLIMEY AND CORRUPT.
